Aiqua successfully completed its maiden project at 7 Palm Tree Rd, Wyong in 2020, a 5x light-industrial unit complex complete with Aiqua’s ‘smart’ building control system installed in each unit, controlled via tablet pad.
The complex includes a cantilevered, louvre-shaded glass mezzanine for the street-facing unit for stunning street appeal. By using a mineral stain instead of paint, the building won’t need to be repainted/restained in its lifetime while a 6kW solar system installed on each unit further keeps running costs down for owners.
